PMC Legacy Society

PMC riders, volunteers, and donors are among the most committed people on earth. We have come to learn that some PMCers are thinking about how to continue their commitment to the PMC for years to come.

The PMC Legacy Society recognizes the generosity of those who have named the PMC in their estate plans.

Your Legacy

The PMC Legacy Society was created to make sure that the PMC – which has now contributed $1.047 billion towards treatment and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute – will continue long into the future. By naming the PMC in your estate plans through a bequest in your will or as a beneficiary on a financial asset – a retirement plan, financial account or insurance policy – you help ensure that future.

Wills and Living Trusts

Name the PMC as a charitable bequest in your will or living trust.

Beneficiary Designations

Name the PMC as a beneficiary of your assets – retirement plans, life insurance policies, DAFs, bank or brokerage accounts. Simply list Pan-Mass Challenge (tax ID 04-2746912) on your beneficiary designation form.

For us, the PMC represents the best in people. Cancer has touched everyone in some form or fashion. By coming together to take a collective stand against the darkness, bringing hope for a better future. Whether riding, volunteering, or cheering from the side of the road, the level of camaraderie and togetherness for one common cause that the PMC brings is unparalleled. We are all united, regardless of background or upbringing, in the single goal of eliminating cancer. For us, becoming members of the Legacy Society was a no brainer – the last water stop on the journey to a finish line that reads, 'Welcome to the finish and a world without cancer.'
